The number of pits in the square.
The depth in millimeters of the pit regarded as having the average depth for the square.
The depth in millimeters of the deepest pit in the square.
The diameter in millimeters of the pit regarded as having the average diameter for the square.
The diameter in millimeters of the largest pit within the square.
Assumptions
Used to compute pit volumes differently. Value of .67 assumes pits are semi-spheres, 1 for cylinders (max) and .33 for a cone shape.
Enter value between -1 and 1. Paper recommends 0.9.
